Refund policy

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 45 days of purchase with receipt. If receipt is not present, we will gladly provide a store credit for item(s) at lowest sale price.

Price Adjustment Policy: We will price adjust purchases if the products purchased have a normal markdown within 7 days. However, we will not price adjust if the products purchased are included in large percentage-off sales, site-wide sales, and promotional codes sent in marketing after the purchase was completed.

Purchases from Off the Cuff are not eligible for promotional price adjustments.
