Rustic Cuff Run 2016

Rustic Cuff Run 2016

In Spring 2016, Rustic Cuff was thrilled to partner with and support Joy in the Cause by organizing the first annual Rustic Cuff Run. Held on May 13th at the River West Festival Park, the event had over 2,500 runners and approximately 8,000 attendees. The day kicked off with the Kid’s Fun Run followed by a sprint race, and a 5K to cap off the runs. It was a truly moving experience to see runners of all ages victoriously cross the finish line. The runner’s packets included exclusive Rustic Cuff Run t-shirts and a commemorative cuff for run participants.

The Rustic Cuff Run celebration continued with a live band, food trucks, a beach themed party, and an appearance from Joy in the Cause’s bulldog ambassador, Mavis Pearl. Also during the event, Jill was incredibly honored to be recognized by Oklahoma Congressman Jim Bridenstine.

Rustic Cuff loves partnering with a foundation such as Joy in the Cause, committed to bringing joy into the lives of those suffering from life altering illnesses and special needs. In addition to the runners’ cuff, RC is honored to participate with Joy in the Cause in making custom cuffs to send out in care packages to patients in need of an encouraging gift.

Our RC community is full of genuine and amazing people who wholeheartedly support every cause near to our hearts. Joy in the Cause is doing an incredible job meeting so many needs in our community and they are quickly expanding to other states as well. We are thrilled to support them in all their endeavors.
