Return Policy

Returns must be in unworn condition.  We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase with receipt.  If receipt is not present, we will gladly provide a store credit for item(s) at the lowest sales price.   Clothing is eligible for return/exchange under our 30 day policy if it is in new and unworn condition with tags attached.  Please email customerservice@rusticcuff.com for questions on returns or exchanges. 

How do I make a return or exchange? 

We would love to help you with your return either in one of our showrooms or through the mail.

If your return fits the return criteria listed in our return policy, please mail the item(s) along with the original packaging.  Please make sure to include the form from step 2 in the package.
